Please give yourself time to feel comfortable on your bike, test the tension, sit and stand – every bike is different. The RIDE team is always around to answer any questions you may have.ģ PART BIKE SET UP: The instructor or front desk will help you with your bike set-up. Our instructors are here to push and motivate you! But please remember to listen to your body and work at a level that is most comfortable to you. Tighten all the handles on the bike and make sure your shoes are clipped in. RIDE SAFTEY: Before your RIDE check in with your body and bike. All riders 16 years and under are required to have a parent or guardian’s signature in person. All RIDERS are accountable for ensuring their waiver has been signed. The front desk will get you set up with a form when you first check-in at the studio. WAIVER: All first-time riders are required to fill out a waiver. Bikes may be switched to keep integrity of the pack. We encourage all first time riders to choose bikes toward the back of the class so that they can get into the RIDE and follow along with the rhythm of the pack. If you are not signed-in, we’ll assume you’re not here.

Your bike will be up for grabs if you have not signed in 5 minutes prior to the ride star ting. Please note that if you do not arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before class we cannot guarantee that you will be allowed entry into class as priority is then given to those who are waitlisted and present.ĬHECK IN: If you have booked online (recommended) look for the sign-in sheet at the front desk. Will help set you up on your bike and get you ready to go before you ride. The worst is feeling rushed before class. If we cannot get a hold of the rider, we will move on to the next person on the waitlist.ĪRRIVE EARLY: Please make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes before class. Our local coordinators help foster tight-knit communities of cyclists who ride together, spend time together, and even race together, all the while part of something bigger. If the rider does confirm to be added into the class, but is a no show, standard cancellation policy will apply. We ride together The Rapha Cycling Club has 13,000 members and counting, each belonging to one of 22 chapters around the world. If the rider cannot be reached or decides to not take the bike, they will NOT be charged. Riders still on the waitlist 1.5 hours prior to class will only be notified by phone call if a bike opens up. However, at any time while still on the waitlist prior to being added into the class, you can cancel without losing your credit. During this window, no cancellations will be allowed once you have been added into the class. No confirmation is required by the client. If you are still on the waitlist at this time, and if a bike opens up, then you will be added into the class and notified by email. The standard cancellation policy will be in effect (you will need to cancel 12+ hours prior to the class in order to be refunded the credit).

If a bike opens up, you will be automatically added into the class, and will receive an email notification. In order to sign up to a waitlist, you must have an available ride credit that will get redeemed at the time of sign up (you will not be able to use the same credit to book another class). Your membership is tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.If your selected ride is full, join the waitlist.

We Ride 4 is a public charity operating under section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is a registered non-profit corporation in the State of Colorado. A portion of all proceeds from donations also supports our non-profit partner.

Thank you for your support of our non-profit.Īll donations help support the cost of operating the club. With the encouragement of both Road Warrior staff and WR4 volunteers, in 2021, 10 students and 4 staff registered for the event including 2 students that completed the 100-mile course. Each year, in the months leading up to "El Tour" in November, some students and staff train each week with the goal of riding in the Tour. For the past 20 years, this program has provided an environment for young cyclists of all skill levels to enjoy the sport together. Pueblo High School Road Warriors Cycling Program has been inspiring students to commit to the sport of cycling through class activities and organized rides, with some students training for the annual El Tour de Tucson since 2001.
